Our Story

Founded in Flushing to solve a real workplace problem

Backvitaeo started in 2019 when our founders — workplace coaches with backgrounds in organizational development — noticed a pattern: teams were burning out not from workload alone, but from constant digital interruptions.

We built a facilitation practice focused specifically on digital balance: helping employees and managers create practical agreements around tools, notifications, and availability. Today we serve organizations across the United States from our office at 32-02 150th Pl in Flushing, NY.

We are an education and coaching company. We are not a healthcare provider, licensed therapist office, or medical clinic.
