Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid workplace education and facilitation services purchased from Backvitaeo, located at 32-02 150th Pl, Flushing, NY 11354.

1. Service Type

Our offerings are professional services (live facilitation, coaching, resource kits) — not physical products. Refund terms are outlined below and in individual service agreements.

2. Cancellation Before Program Start

• 14+ days before start: Full refund of all prepaid fees
• 7–13 days before start: Refund minus 15% administrative fee
• Less than 7 days before start: Refund minus 25% administrative fee

3. Cancellation After Program Start

Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for undelivered sessions only. Completed sessions, delivered materials, and facilitation hours already performed are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling

Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 5 business days before a scheduled session. One free reschedule per session. Additional reschedules may incur a $150 fee.

5. Our Cancellation

If we cancel a session due to facilitator unavailability, you may reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund for that session.

6. Digital Materials

Downloadable resource kits are non-refundable once access is granted. If access has not been activated within 7 days of delivery, you may request a refund.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email connect@backvitaeo.world with your organization name, invoice number, and reason. We acknowledge within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly.
